Projects, Rollouts and Managed Programmes
- Training projects that involve teaching, to employees, an organisation's own bespoke systems, either developed in house or by a third party. This could be, for example, an organisation’s new bespoke stock-taking system being implemented and trained across a number of staff.
- Projects that involve the roll-out of commercial software to organisations, often as an upgrade or conversion. An example of this would be the migration to Windows Vista and Office 2007 with required staff familiarisation training.
For both types Etopia are pleased to either simply provide appropriately skilled trainers (to develop requirements into a professional skills enhancement programme). Or, we can assist in the planning and organising of this type of work – we can schedule courses, organise attendees, and/or schedule seminars or desktop visits. Essentially we take away the detail logistics and communicate with people who will need to attend courses at every stage.
