No Cancellations - and Quality Guarantee
At Etopia we are so confident in what we do that we offer two unique guarantees. We do not cancel any scheduled courses owing to low numbers once a booking has been received, and if any customer were to attend any course which attains less than 70% positive evaluation feedback - they would be fully entitled not to be charged.
It can be very frustrating, when training is booked with another provider, if your course is cancelled when that company do not "make up the minimum numbers to run". You would usually get your money back, but be left inconvenienced and still needing to find training.
Most training companies will invoice you in advance, and many expect to have received your cleared payments before coming on any training course. Etopia will, unless requested, normally invoice after your course – and if any course was ever rated less than 70% we would not expect you to pay anything for it.
We do also take payments in advance when it suits - as part of our flexible service arrangements we do also offer a voucher system where a block of training can be booked and paid for in one block under one invoice. Some clients prefer this as a means to manage their budgets, and to take advantage of block discounts.
