Microsoft Project Level 1 2002/3
Two Day Course
This course provides users with ability to prepare schedules of work to a consistent standard, utilising calendars and options set up specifically for their organisation. Delegates will be able to create and assign resources to the activities, and create milestones and constraints. In addition, delegates will be able to manage simple costs within Microsoft Project, monitor and control progress on plans and produce a wide variety of reports and data from a plan.
Course Aims to enable delegates to:
Learn the essential skills to use MS Project to create effective Project plans and use the numerous business features available in this product. Anyone involved with project management where plans are produced using Microsoft Project, or those with responsibility to update and maintain project plans, would find this course an ideal introduction to the subject.

Requirements before booking this course:
People coming on the course should have a working knowledge of Windows and basic desktop applications. Prior knowledge of, or experience in, Project Management theories, principles or methodologies would be beneficial but not essential.
